Where is my order?

Log in to your account, go to "My Orders" and click on your order to check the shipping status .

Track the delivery by Email: as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm that it is on its way. This will include a tracking number (if available) so that you can track the current status of your order.

  • Are you in a hurry? Login to Chianti Classico Store using your Facebook account and start making your purchase by clicking on "Login with Facebook"
  • Already have an account? Just log in using your email and password and clicking on "Login".
  • You can select the payment method and the shipping address by clicking on "Proceed to checkout"

  • You can easily and securely pay with the main Credit Cards such as Visa and MasterCard, con Bank Transfer, PagOnline, ClickAndBuy e Sofort. You can also pay using your PayPal account.
