Payment Methods

1. Prices

Prices stated in the accounting currency (Euro) include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rates applicable to the respective product categories.

The total price at the end of the order includes shipping costs but excludes any customs duties and/or additional sales taxes required for importing the goods into a foreign territory.

Any additional charges for customs clearance operations shall be borne exclusively by the shipment recipient.

2. Payment Method

The products purchased on this site are sold directly by Upsystems S.p.A., with its registered office in Italy at Vico Capurso, 5 – 70126 Bari (Bari), Italy.

Payment of the Price shall be made at the time of the Order via Credit Card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Credit cards from the Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and Bankpass networks are accepted.

For payment via bank transfer, here are the payment details:

In the event that an order contains products that prove to be unobtainable because they are no longer available from the supplier, the cost of such items will be automatically deducted from the total amount indicated at the time the order was placed.

Personal and credit card data are secure, as the Microsoft Internet Information Server system—which operates using the SSL protocol—is used to handle them. At no point during the purchasing process is Upsystems S.p.A. able to access the Customer’s credit card number—specifically, its unique 16-digit identification code.
This number is transmitted directly to the banking service provider via a secure connection.

3. Force majeure

Upsystems S.p.A. shall not be liable for any delay in the performance of its obligations under the Contract if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control or by force majeure.
